Please do not arrive with any cold/flu symptoms. If you arrive symptomatic, you will kindly be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation policy: Please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of their treatment cost, and any cancellations/missed appointments within 24 hours will be charged 100% of their treatment cost. Fees are charged to the card on file.

New Patients: If you previously saw Kassandra for treatment while she was at Krell Wellness, please book a “Follow Up” treatment. We are currently not accepting new patients. To be added to the waitlist, please email info@rockymountainacupuncture.ca with your name, phone number, and reason for treatment to be added to the waitlist.

Kassandra Mueller R.Ac

Kassandra is a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC. She graduated with honours from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC. Her clinical practice is focused on, but not limited to TMD (TMJ), reproductive health, pregnancy, and acute and chronic pain.

Kassandra’s treatments are designed to address underlying imbalances and empower you with a better understanding of your body, helping you to feel confident and capable in your health.
